We are in the process of planning our peer to younger peer
workshop with 8th grade. We will be doing a workshop training
on "Transitioning into High School Successfully" and will be
putting together a "Hear Project" as a result of the training.
I am working with our High School Principal, Mr. Cornell
and the Middle School Principal, Mrs. Kinneer to arrange
a date in March some time.

It has been many years since Clairton High School has had a Student Representative. This year that has all changed as we welcome Amanda Gillespie, a junior at Clairton High School to be the voice of the student body. Amanda maintains excellent attendance to school, participates in the Robotics program, Junior Council and is a member of The Future is Mine.
